I wonder why so many things just aren’t organised properly at O’Hanlon House ! Just to give several examples…uh, let me think…well, there’s the activities room, for instance – too many hings in a om which isn’t realy suitable for any of them…the tv room on the ground floor … does everybody have to hear a muted commentary or announcement booming or squeaking out of the doorway into ‘open space ? Does everybody in the ground floor ‘communal’ area consent to monster movies or thrillers, or even loud muffled local news coming fom the first floor from five to…whenever ? Do some people feel entitled to shout from one floor to another, or hoard ‘spare’ milk in their dirty kitchen ? There are plenty of health and safety notices around, but this is fine detail really when there aren’t adequate cleaning materials in a kitchen currently only used to heat up or split dinners smuggled up from the beleaguered catering service on the ground floor ? Does anything happen on time – can anyone rely on things here, or is it just sink or swim…is there anything which could be explained better to people living here – just simle things, like what they are entitled to, whether or not they really have access to things promised…is maintenance carried out properly …is the taxpayer getting their money’s worth here, or is it just the loudest or the hardest, or the sneakiest survive ? Well, the ing-ng urnament should have started by now … a day or two late, but, who cares – who is in it, what are the rules for the tournament, how is it being drawn, is thee a handicaping system, is it a knockout – do peole just lay whenever they can find someone to knockout ? Is the prize tobacco , or chocolate, or toiletries…well, I think I may be laing able tennis sometime his week, so I’d better sto typing and stop seeming o complain…oh, by the way, this keboard needs to be looked at – some of the keys are not working as well as others…never mind…there is so much on offer here – it must be very hard to keep on op of it all – especially the things which involve…uh… hassle.
